The Motorcycle Test. The Test is in 3 parts. A thoery test, incorporating hazard perception. Module 1, which takes place off road and Module 2 which takes place on public roads. The Theory test is taken on computer using multiple choice questions and a hazard perception test where a video is observed on the computer and the candidate must spot the hazards as they evolve. Module 1 is off road and includes slow riding, a U turn, an emergency stop and hazard avoidance. Module 2 is on road and takes the form of an observed ride by an examiner, who will check that candidates have reached the required standards of machine control and are compliant with the highway.
